7 Things You Must Do At The Zoo

1: See an animal that you have never seen before, whether it is a rare bug or a different breed of bird seeing something new is always worth while.

2: Try and communicate with an animal, granted you may look weird to stranger. But it's hilarious. 

3: Most zoo's have an area or a slotted time where you can interact with a particular animal. Do it even if it's something your afraid of. Your feel so accomplished after.

4:Be a tourist and take as many pictures of animals as you can. Your facebook and Instagram followers will not be thankful after but hey, everyone wants to see a picture of billy the elephant.

5:Learn something. Don't just do number four. But read and take it in. You might learn something that you can use later on in life. For example elephants can smell water from up to 3 miles away.

6: Look an animal dead in the eye and have a moment.

Game of Thrones is about to be back on our screens with season four and I can not wait to see what beautiful gowns Daenery Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) will be wearing.

Tinder is the popular social networking dating app, where you can bag or bin you self someone you like the look of.

Although an extension from Facebook, the app has really taken off.

But is it all fun and games, like it initially seems?

Stranger danger, don't forget just because you have 150 mutual friends doesn't mean there not a 40 year old man with a van.

Most people are not after anything serious. So if they are asking to meet up, be aware. Meet in a public place, keep safe.

But keep away from people that ask you to sit on their face as funny as it sounds it is so degrading... Not banter you wankers.

Spring is almost in!

Spring is almost here and for me that means that last seasons crop tops are coming out of the back of my wardrobe and coming back into my day to day fashion.

This pretty little number, was a top shop only pretty pink crop and it worked stunningly well with a long black skirt.

Cara Delevingne, is that go to girl for modelling. She has more modelling bookings then there are hours in the day it seems.

She has more celeb BFF's then we have associates, she's who everyone wants to be. And of course this model has turned her hand at everything from bag designing at Mulberry to DJing on GTA5.

Wow.

If that isn't enough Cara took to London Fashion Week and did what every one has been craving for taking the next step of social media meets LFW, and did a Instagram video down the catwalk!

Cara seems to be walking into the footsteps of royality such as Kate Moss.

I wonder what this style icon will do next? Hopefully something amazing as always.

My fashion icon

Everyone always has that fashion go to. That one person that inspires them to try new things and look that cool.

For me that fashion go to is my mum. She always dresses to impress and she loves all things fashion. She is my go to fashionista, the best of the best. She knows it to, where ever we go there isn't a time where someone doesn't compliment her on her appearance.

Ever since I was little I can remember my mum having the bling of bling. I remember hating one ring so much that I snapped it because it reminded me of blood. So maybe our styles are off...

My mum isn't afraid to go bigger and better then anyone else. If anything that is inspirational, she doesn't give a fuck and you will double take her in the street.

My mum taught me so much, be brave, be bold and wear the biggest earring you can. Hold your head high, confidence is fashion.

Street Style dream

Since the time that I was old enough to understand fashion magazines, I have always appreciated what people wear.

My favorite section is where you see normal people, in normal places fashion. I always thought how cool they were to be stopped in the middle of New York, London, Paris or wherever. That someone appreciated what they were wearing and they were the real dominating fashion icons because they were living it. The real fashion world. The every day fashion world.

I got a little bit older and a little bit wiser and knew that these fashions were on trend from the fashion industry and these people were just doing it well. But hey, I'm just a small town girl.... I know whenever I go to London I would always make that little bit more effort, just in case some one would want to picture me.

It had never really happened before, I hadn't even seen anyone get stopped or anything. So I was beginning to think hey, I'm too cool for this shit. They just pick people they know.

Although it wasn't a magazine... I GOT ASKED. I played it so cool, like I didn't really care. I was like yeah sure why not take this picture for your american brand that I didn't catch the name of so they can see my street style. FUCK ME, I FELT LIKE A FASHIONISTA.

I literally felt like watch out Karl Largerfield, there's a new cat in town.

It inspired me. I always dreamed about a career in fashion. I always blogged here and there. But for someone to out of thousands of people on Oxford street want to take my picture... Made me think yeah sometimes I dress damn cool. Maybe I could be the next cool cat in town... never on Mr Largerfield's level but you all know what I am saying....

It made me feel good about myself, that's what style is you.

Naughty Night Out

Going out is the best time to show off your fashion!

It's when (lets face it) we make the most effort.

For this naughty night out selfie I even straightened my bad boy frow. I never usually I just leave it to just go wild.

But it's those selfies that are in the moment, that capture a mood that are the most magical...

Or in my case. Stick your finger up and tilt your head.

Although probably not the best profile pictures for potential employers to see, like hi give me a job but I don't give a fuck...

Tartan

I don't know if it's my Scottish routes or just because its on trend, but I have a massive obsession with tartan at the moment. EVERYTHING MUST BE TARTAN.

I have Tartan scarves, two tartan dresses and even a pair of tartan leggings. Tartaningly mad if you ask me?

Although it is a fashion re-cycle, I even had a hand me down from my mum. It's a tartan dress from twenty years ago from the very own Top shop! Maybe you too could search the back of your mums wardrobe and find a super find?

Although I am 100% tartan dedicated, I really hope this trend continues.

It's fun, bright and super, super trendy.

Its best combined with a clashing bright colour, like green or blue.

The F word

The new word that should be on everybody's lips... Fishnets!

Although the connotation hasn't always been the best, these interesting tights are my new found secret love.

Yes old biddy's at the bus stop might think that fishnets are for slappers and lady of the night but its a shit hot new trend which I think is bang on!

Fish nets add that rock chick flavor to that boring outfit.

This trend has even been adapted by the Queen of Pop Beyonce at last nights spicy performance with hubby Jay Z at the Grammys.

Not only is Beyonce rocking the F word but so are the likes of many other stars including Miley Cryus and Rhianna!

 So go on try it. Spice it up and rock fishnets. 

Unlikely Fashion Icon- Jessica Lange

Jessica Lange, is the exciting glamorous badass in the hit America TV series American Horror Story. With each series, Jessica has demonstrated style, class and poise which she has adapted into each role.

Jessica's career has spanned over 4 decades and even in the classical 1976 King Kong, although at the time her character was unfavorable. She still displays an stunning sophisticated performance, that is still expressed even today.

Her life time has been just as interesting as her bold fashion statements, with turning down a art scholarship to move to Paris to study drama. Later returning to NY landing various modeling jobs.

In 1994 she went on to win an Best Actress Academy Award for her stunning performance as an unstable housewife in Blue Sky.

Her private life also displays interest with her photography achievements as well as being a Good Will ambassador for UNICEF. Where she focuses on help for AIDS/HIV epidemic in the Congo and Russia.

She also had a long term relationship with Actor Sam Shepard that came to an end in 2009. Lange also has two children with Sam Shepard and another child with Mikhail Baryshnikov.

So why is this lady an Unlikely fashion icon?

Jessica was voted the 64th sexiest star in film history by Empire magazine.
